Shipping Times:
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. 📦💌
Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery after your order is processed.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on the way! 💖

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $175!
    (Cart total must be $175+ before taxes and after discounts.)

Important Notes:

  • We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. only.

  • Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to customs, postal service issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your boutique love and patience! 🌸

 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Beck’s Boutique finds! 💖

U.S. Orders:

✨ To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@becksboutique.com

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • For exchanges, we will offer a replacement size or issue a store credit if the size is unavailable.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment once the return is approved.

Canadian Orders:

  • At this time, all Canadian sales are final.
    (We’re working to expand return options soon — thank you for your boutique love and understanding! 🇨🇦✨)

Important Details:

  • Refunds are not available for sizing preference, color differences, or change of mind — only for fit issues or damage.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
